[opencms-dev] How to start using moduledemo or templateone as a reference module/template

I want to use either moduleDemo or templateOne as a starting point for
creating my new site.

I have seen docs about the VFS and editing some of the pages. But I can't
find anything about something like "cute-n-paste these files into this
location..." then start editing.

I think these templates are a great starting point, but I guess I just don't
understand certain steps..
