[opencms-dev] export folder missing after setup

- maybe the folder is created only on demand, and you haven't 'demanded' it

Please tell me how to demand. I saw staticexport is enabled in
opencms-importexport.xml. So I suppose, it is enabled. If I have not
demanded it, it should not be exported in other containers.
- maybe different file permissions apply in your Weblogic set-up, and the

I am running on Windows. So I suppose file permission is of not too mucha
problem. But I am not sure whether weblogic has its own settings. If you
know please let me know. Thanks.
