[opencms-dev] OpenCMS 6.2.3 oddities

Hi all--we have noticed a couple of things about OpenCMS 6.2.3:

1.  Titles in the Workplace are being rendered with %20 instead of  
spaces.

2.  Direct new/edit/delete buttons no longer seem to work on our site  
(the icons look like the bottoms have been cut off).  Clicking these  
buttons no longer brings up an edit window for the page.

Any ideas?  Thanks.
