[opencms-dev] Captcha problem

Hi,
We are having an issue with captcha images not showing up in mail forms 
(or any forms for that matter). The images don't seem to be getting 
generated by captcha.

We are starting apache-tomcat with "-Djava.awt.headless=true" and have 
installed a newer version of jcaptcha libraries.

We are running OpenCms 6.2.3 but were having this issue before upgrading.

I'd appreciate any light anyone may be able to shed on this.
