[opencms-dev] Date & Time Locale Settings

I understood two different things, which I explain below:
1) make the workplace uses the browser's locale: user, country, date, time
I think this is not supported
2) make the workplace use a different locale.
I had a problem, where I want to use the date/time settings for pt_BR
(mar/01/2007 24h date and time format), so I did a trick related to the date
time format.
