SV: [opencms-dev] new resource type

I have found out, that problem was in explorertype <editvalue ...> which
was used in opencms-modules.xml. Works fine, and the export is fine, but
import is unable to handle this and throws CmsIllegalStateException.
Without this part the import runs perfectly ...
... anyway, this doesn't solve my problem with migration the
opencms-workplace.xml new datas with exporting the module.
