[opencms-dev] how to internationalization?

Hi,

   So far, I had managed to develop website in english only. I am new with
OpenCMS, but it seems good product and easy learning. Now I want to
provide/publish same website in another language. So, that a visitor/user
can toggle b/w languages of his choice.

  How to achieve this via OpenCMS? What is the starting point? Is there any
documentation or example there?

any help is highly appreciated.
