[opencms-dev] Get resources by property value?

I'm working on an exporting implementation that will require me to get all
CmsResource's with a certain value in one of their properties.  I know, by
looking at the mysql database, that I can do this in SQL, but is there some
way to do it via CmsObject or something similar?
