[opencms-dev] static export file encoding: Unicode. Is there any way to specify the encoding?

Hi All,
Now the files exported staticly are all encoded by unicode. ( FF FE). Is
there any way to specify the export file encoding? Now I need UTF-8 as
files' encoding.
