[opencms-dev] Top Nav - changing font size using Template One

Hi
I am a microsite editor - I would like to be able to change the font size for the Top Nav Bar.  I generates as 0.8em.  Is there a way to change this using properties?  Also, is there a place that describes what each field of the properties (advanced) actually affects?
