[opencms-dev] How to inherit properties of a parent folder?

Hi

While devolping my first template I got stuck with the headimage. I 
would like to set the property for the headimage in a folders 
properties. All pages within this folder should use this property for 
displaying the headimage but they also should be able to overwrite this 
(actually I would like to have the TemplateOne behaviour ^^)

How can I achieve this?
