[opencms-dev] Workplace and German language

Hello,

I did three independent test installations of OpenCms 7.0.3 and
experience the same strange behaviour on each installation.
Whenever I change the workplace language to German the explorer itself
and its icons above (e.g. new resource) do not get displayed any longer.
However when switching to the administration panel everything shows
fine. Further no errors are thrown according to the log files and while
the workplace language is set to English everything works fine.

Any ideas what the problem might be here?
