[opencms-dev] How to export and import user data with roles and groups?

I think it was in the mind of OpenCms developers because if you  
assign someone the Administrators group they automatically have all  
the correct roles. which means that in principle it is possible to  
assign
roles to groups, though why did OpenCms developers elect not to give  
us the option to be able to do it ourselves is something I am  
interested to know :-)
