[opencms-dev] gray folders/files in admin

deleting cookies fixed it
I had logged in with the incorrect opencms-system.xml
<workplace-server>http://devsite</workplace-server>, then changed it to
the correct <workplace-server>http://prodsite</workplace-server>, then
logged in again which is when I saw gray
