[opencms-dev] 7.0.4 Upgrade

Well list, the v 7.0.4 upgrade went a lot better thanks for the work on
that!! But I have one problem in the editor.  The Workplace choice in
the View dropdown list shows as ??? GUI_WORKFLOW_NAME any clue on how to
repair this?
