Hi.

You have to install the "TemplateOne" module for "Microsite" folders to 
work.
This module was installed by default with OpenCms 7.0.3 and earlier 
versions.
In OpenCms 7.0.4 the "TemplateOne" module is not installed by default.

Install this module, and you microsites should work again.
