[opencms-dev] How permissions system works in opencms 7

Hi friends
i am new to opencms .Can anyone explain how permission system works in
opencms7.I mean i have one scenario : I have folder structure as given below
.In this i want only 'orgsites'    folder's content to be
editable.thisorgsites can be present at any level of the hierarchy.
Also none other
folder should be editable . so how should i do ?


organization
         orgsites
         suborg1
               orgsites
               teamsites
         suborg3
                orgsites
                teamsites
                suborg4
                       teamsites
                       orgsites
