[opencms-dev] permission woes with siblings

I have a file that has a sibling. That sibling is located in a different
folder. It doesn't seem to be possible to give siblings different
permissions. Is that so and normal behaviour?

I want to have the one sibling have to hit the login form by removing
the guest read/view permissions for it.

(OpenCms 6.2.3 in that case)
