[opencms-dev] Finally! A new release of OpenCms plugin 0.0.4

Finally. A new release of the OpenCms module developer plugin for
Eclipse (version 0.0.4) has been released. This is a bugfix release,
which solves the incompatibility issue introduced in OpenCms 7.0.4 and a
more useful error message is shown instead of the SWTException: Illegal
thread access.

Everyone is advised to upgrade their plugin to this new version.
