The workplace: no.

The web sites built using OpenCms: That would be up to the developers using OpenCms
to build the sites. You can build as much accessability into your templates, content etc.
as you desire, but just like a shovel won't dig a hole by itself, OpenCms will not build a site
by itself - somebody has to use the tool the right way to get the desired result.
