[opencms-dev] Workflow in v7.0.4

I am struggling to get the workflow module to work in v7.0.4  When import the module I get the following error:
 
Error uploading the module OpenCms_Workflow2_v0.4.2_full-package.zip.
Manifest file missing in module /usr/local/tomcat/apache-tomcat-5.5.26/webapps/opencms/WEB-INF/packages/modules/OpenCms_Workflow2_v0.4.2_full-package.zip.
 
Can somebody pse help me
