[opencms-dev] "direct edit" permission only

Hi, i'm currently devel a site a lot user but with minial permissions 
and workplace user role is too much powerful for this kind of user 
(writers and reporters)
I would like to limit there users of your only to "direct edit" 
interface, just for add/edit/delete news and events.
News and event are xsd/xml documents.

Any idea ?
