[opencms-dev] How to determine if a CmsResource is a sibling?

Since all siblings are "equal" that wouldn't make any sense - you can't really say that one is an "original" and the other is a "copy". If you have multiple references in the VFS to the same resource they are ALL siblings.

There is a way (in the API) to find out if a resource HAS siblings, which will then also tell you that it IS a sibling, but since they woul all be equally "real" what would you do with that knowlege ?

Cheers,

Carl

Hi everyone,

is there a way to determine if a CmsResource is a sibling?

I want to update structured content resources by a cronjob and do the update only for the real files.

Thanks for your help
