In my humble opinion, it is really useful to read at least the first 10 lines of the stacktrace, not just the first one. It is not the same error as before. And it's not that complicated:

Basically, the user has no access to the database. Ask your DB-Admin or have a look at the MySQL-manual how to grant access to MySQL-DBs. Access in MySQL is granted by a combination of user, host, db and of course the correct password.
