[opencms-dev] creating a file

The answer may be simple but I would like to create and write to a file
in the VFS from within a jsp. Next time I invoke the jsp the file
should be newly written to if it already exists (old contents should be
overwritten).

Do I use CmsResource, CmsObject or CmsFile ?
