i didn't see the mail below appear up on the list ... so i'll just try
again ....

------------------------------

hello list,

we are currently working on a project which will involve axis2
webservices. we will have to put the libs from axis2 in the same context
as the ocms libs. now, i am wondering if i can expect weird things with
this. right now, all libraries are deployed, and so far everything seems
to be working, but i feel a bit uneasy. we know that classloaders can have
a mind of their own.

your opinion on the libs below?

regards

ruben

the differences boil down to this:

probably no problem with these: -------------

axis2: activation-1.1.jar
ocms7: activation.jar

axis2: commons-fileupload-1.0.jar
opencms7: commons-fileupload-1.2.jar

axis2: commons-httpclient-3.0.1.jar
opencms7: commons-httpclient-3.1.jar

axis2: commons-logging-1.1.1.jar
opencms7: commons-logging-1.1.jar

axis2: log4j-1.2.14.jar
opencms7: log4j-1.2.15.jar

axis2: mail-1.4.jar
opencms7: mail.jar

but, a bit more interesting: --------------------------

axis2: xercesImpl-2.8.1.jar
ocms7: xercesImpl-2.9.0.jar

and, most important: --------------------------

axis2: xml-apis-1.3.04.jar
opencms7: xml-apis-2.9.0.jar
