[opencms-dev] Site switching in workplace is buggy

This is a known bug in OpenCms 6.2.3, primarily occuring in IE6, but
sometimes happens in other browsers too. Same goes for project switching. To
me it seems it has vanished in OpenCms 7, but I can't remember for sure.
