[opencms-dev] Static Export to FTP

I can't seem to get OpenCMS to export over FTP. I changed <exportpath> (in opencms-importexport.xml) to ftp://user:pass@my.ftp.server/path/ but now it's just exporting to $CATALINA_HOME/webapps/opencms/ftp:/user:pass at my.ftp.server/path/

What am I missing?
