[opencms-dev] Open CMS loading problems

Hey thanks a lot for the help !! I downloaded the package from the link that
Arash had given me and it works just fine !! And yes im surely going to give
the second solution proposed to set wizard to false too..... ! Thanks a lot
guys for the timely help !
