[opencms-dev] Minor updates of OpenCms-LDAP module and OpenCms-Portlet module

Hi list,

Olivier Chirouze made an improvement on the OpenCms-LDAP module to
support case-insensitive LDAP. This implement introduced a new parameter
of the module:
UserNameAttribute: To get a case-sensitive username from this attribute
if your LDAP authenication is case-insensitive. Default value is null.

The login procedure is slightly changed. When a user binds successfully,
and if UserNameAttribute is not null, the program will use the attribute
value of UserNameAttribute to be the case-sensitive username to login
OpenCms.

We also fixed a bug of OpenCms-Portlet. Now the module can be used in
multi-site OpenCms workplace and under offline project.
