[opencms-dev] Use jQuery in a template

Hello Everyone

I would like to use jQuery in my template for some effects. I was
searching for information on how to include this into my template but
the only things I found were mentioning the workspace.

Can someone explain to me how I can do this? Do I also need to use the
jQuery-tag or does this also just belong to workspace-extensions?
