[opencms-dev] Image Scaling doesn't work

Hi,

it didn't work.
I added it to the /etc/tomcat55/tomcat55.conf
In ps aux it seems to be recognized.
But scaling is still off.

I increased heap to 380MB, added temporarily the tomcat user to the root and users groups, nothing helped.

Did I make something wrong?
Further Ideas to investigate the problem?
