[opencms-dev] Use jQuery in a template

Javadocs for the implementation are meager - 
http://www.opencms.org/javadoc/core/org/opencms/jsp/CmsJspTagJQuery.html
But to me it seems that it is enough to just write <cms:jquery /> to get 
the javascript stuff included into your page
