[opencms-dev] I can't access to "Users and Roles" in Admin View

- Look at your logs and check for error messages.
- which browser are you using - have you tried a different one?
- maybe you need to reimport the workplace modules again - you can do 
that by running the opencms updater again and choosing the modules you 
want to reimport
