[opencms-dev] Resize Animated Gifs in OpenCMS?

Hi,

Can someone tell me if OpenCMS is capable resizing animated gifs
please? Details as follows.

We use the OpenCMS image API to resize images at runtime with tags
like this one:

<img src="image.gif?__scale=w:110,h:26,t:4" width="110" height="26"/>

These tags work fine for any image other that animated gifs. OpenCMS
will resize an animated gif, but the result image will no longer be
animated.

Can anyone tell me if the OpenCMS API is capable of resizing animated
GIFs please? If so, what am I doing wrong?
