I'm not sure why your binaries cannot be allowed to export to the real
file system.

If it's because your binaries are produced and stored in database (by
OpenCms WebDAV support for example), you can export them when completed.

If it's because you want to use OpenCms access controls, I think it's
also possible to export the binaries and build an Apache plugin to check
view/read permissions from OpenCms. But I don't know whether such an
implement already exists. :)
