[opencms-dev] i have 2 problems....please help!!!

Hi!
first problem....
When i open mi site in offline,sometimes i have an int explorer warning
'jQuery expected',and edit icons dont appear,,,but i refresh page or click
in 'Home' and error dissapears...its very rare because this warning its only
sometimes.....

second problem...
i use alkacon webform,i have a dude,its necessary to be in the same range to
send mail??(the same range than 'host')
