Do you happen to know where this line is buried in Windows XP tomcat?
Under linux it is in /etc/default/tomcat5.5/ in CATALINA_OPTS or
something.

I only see a way to give these command line options in the start service
dialog in Start->Systemsteuerung->Verwaltung->Dienste
