Hi Christoph,
Not so surte, but I guess you might have stong link relations defined in xmlcontent, which prevents publishing your page? With week relations you might be able to publish and ignore the broken links!

I have some pages which don't seem to get published, even when I publish
them directly. Some broken links are claimed down the road in dependent 
pages but I would like to publish the page nonetheless.

The workplace doesn't seem to let me do it.

Is there a mechanism to enforce it?
