[opencms-dev] How to write into Frontend User-Forms?

Hello,

I have the following problem:

We are developing a telephone-book for our company.
XML-Documents (Telephone-book entries) for every User are created by the
site-admin.
When the phonebook-entry is published, the owner of the document shall be
able to change his own properties in his document via a
frontend-webformular.

So everything works fineincluding the point, where the data are displayed
in the frontend-form by using the "contentload / contentshow"-methods..
But now when the user wants to save the changes he made to his own
phonebook-entry, which classes and methods can I use to do this?
Has anybody a Code-snippet for me as an example?

Please help me, I think this cannot be a too big problem (or aren't there
any classes for that purpose?).
