[opencms-dev] Problem with Default-Creation of english content on Multi-Language site

Hi Achim,

when setting the locale property of files to "zh", I get the desired
editing.
In my case, the  content defined in the locale property is preselected in 
the Language ComboBox and so your described "healing process" is not
invoked.
