[opencms-dev] Where the menu is cached?

Hello.

I met strange problem with OpenCMS 7.0.4.

I changed 
/system/modules/org.opencms.frontend.templatetwo/elements/menu/nav_skeleton.jsp 
for my purposes (it shows the different menu for different IP-addr).

In "offline" my changes works well.

But when JSP was published, I found, that in "online" it is called  only 
once, and then resulted content only
duplicated from first call for any next call.

I made debug points in JSP and found, that it is called only once. :(


How can I change such behavior?
