[opencms-dev] newly installed opencms 7.5 webdav returns status 403

Thanks for your reply.

I am connecting from localhost. the path is
http://virtualHostName/renamedToSomething/webdav
(am using port 80 and tomcat as the httpd / container) 

got no idea why browser returns me error 403
