[opencms-dev] xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation is invalid - 404 Error !!!

Used in my HTML-Sources as:
... 
xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="http://www.opencms.org/dtd/6.0/xmlpage.xsd" 
...

Why is this Link invalid ?
Is there a new Link availiable ?


Is it a normal behaviour that no one take care to keep
those Link-Locations updated ???
