[opencms-dev] configuration of OpenCms : default properties

Hi!
Does someone knows what this is for in Opencms-workplace.xml ?

	
<defaultpropertiesonstructure>true</defaultpropertiesonstructure>
    	<enableadvancedpropertytabs>true</enableadvancedpropertytabs>
    	<maxfileuploadsize>-1</maxfileuploadsize>
    	<labeledfolders/>

I would like to desactivate the check box "Edit properties of the new
folder"  when creating new resource, by default. How can I do this, plz?
