[opencms-dev] Resources frozen after publishing

The resources are locked for publishing. You can release this locks with the Remove Publish Locks tool in the Database Management section in the administration. For older versions, you can call OpenCms.getMemoryMonitor().uncacheLock(resourceRootPath);

We have a strange problem we never had before with OpenCms 7.5.0. After
publishing a project (pusblishing ended successfully), all published
resources kept locked and marked as published. In fact, OpenCms did not
publish them at all. Still the publish report show that everything went
fine.
The problem is: we can't do anything with them. No unlocking, no
publishing again, nothing. We restarted the web application container,
but nothing either.

Any hints what could be done to resolve this? Else the project would be
frozen forever where it lies now.
