[opencms-dev] New method for sending email

Hi Richard,

in OpenCms 7.5 is used the library commons-email-1.1.jar. In older 
OpenCms versions were used the library commons-email-1.0-mod.jar. 
So, please use the commons-email-1.1.jar instead of the 
commons-email-1.0-mod.jar. Then, the methods in OpenCms to send mails 
do work again.
