[opencms-dev] New user question.

That is what I understand. 

Our site is Mod-Perl based and many static html files.  We are
approaching to use openCMS for page grid and components. I think openCMS
can be used.

Where I wrote "using Java" it means "programming", you must have java 
installed in you PC...
