[opencms-dev] Update from 7.05 to 7.52 results in "Resource () is not available"

Please first of all check the update logs. Especially, make sure that 
the import of all modules worked correctly

Also, make sure that tomcat has sufficient rights to re-create both of 
these directories that you deleted.

This is all that comes to my mind.
