[opencms-dev] Permission denied for all files inside ROOT/resources

Hey guys:

I recently encounter a problem in apache server + tomcat server. Each time I try to view files inside ROOT/resources through web browser, I get a permission denied error: "You don't have permission to access /resources/xxx.gif" I check the file permission, it was set to 664 and all it parent folders are 775. What else can be wrong, do you have any suggestions? Thanks!
